L’altra sera, stavo gironzolando per il quartiere quando, a un tratto, alzo lo sguardo e da dietro un tetto vedo sbucare una fettina di luna. Com’è bella la luna! Potrei star ore a contemplare il suo brillare. Quanto fascino, quanta poesia… (E poi, diciamolo, mio zio aveva proprio ragione: non assomiglia tantissimo a una patatina?!) – Ignazio🐾
🇺🇸 ACE AND THE MOON – Sometimes I really like to go out after dinner; it’s relaxing. The city is going to sleep, everything’s calm, and even the air has a different smell. The other evening, I was wandering around the neighborhood when suddenly I looked up, and from behind a roof I saw a slice of the moon appear. The moon is so beautiful! I could stay for hours, and contemplate its glow. So fascinating, so poetic… (And then, let’s admit it, my uncle was right… it really looks like a potato chip, doesn’t it?!) – Ace🐾
