I let the messy knot of my thoughts
undo in the wind,
that every fear, uncertainty, might be carried away by it,
kidnapped and dissolved
in the graceful dance of newborn grass
and of vigorous fronds.
I let the tepid embrace of spring’s sun
surround me and warm me.
I close my eyes, and listen
to that which the wind knows how to whisper to me in its hisses.
I breathe. (…)
